Opportunities Residential Growth Benbrook supports a growing residential community, with new areas under development from North to South. Reata Place in Team Ranch recently opened with 62 lots under development, and Reata West at Team Ranch will open soon with 44 lots available. Team Ranch is in the planning phase of La Bandera, a new subdivision of 70 lots. Whitestone Ranch, Phase I has opened with 78 lots originally available, and under development is Phase II, with an additional 78 lots in the final design phase. Whitestone Heights and the Hills of Whitestone are in preliminary phases, and are expected to bring an additional 350 homes to Benbrook. Also, with the Benbrook multi-family at 95% occupancy, plans are underway for an additional complex.   Industrial/Commercial Growth Benbrook Industrial Park - The sale of the remaining three lots in the Benbrook Industrial Park took place in April 2004 to T&J Ford Properties, Ltd, landlord of Salon Support, Inc. Salon Support has begun construction of a 30,000 square foot distribution center (one of 3 planned buildings).
