This report provides new home data within a 3-5 mile radius centered around Benbrook and the 377 Corridor. The objective of the household formation analysis is to determine the number of new homes and apartments constructed within the Benbrook area. This information, in combination with 2000 Census data should provide an accurate count of current households and population. Furthermore, this study forecasts absorption rates in upcoming years to give a better understaning of future household and population trends.
2007 Traffic Counts Benbrook Spotlight  Benbrook Spotlight is a 30 minute monthly television program, produced by the Benbrook Economic Development Corporation and hosted by Patty C. Bissey, Director of Marketing and Research.
Benbrook Spotlight airs on Cable 27, the local Benbrook station and is designed to address the growing demand for information from the citizens of Benbrook, particularly with the impact of development and business activity currently occurring and planned in the near future. It is also designed to inform citizens about various city departments and community events.
Ms. Bissey says, “Through this format, it is our intent to present concrete information regarding current issues facing Benbrook, and events that impact citizens of the area, accompanied by visual images of successful developments and events in Benbrook.”
She added “This program has been designed to respond to high priority questions and citizen concerns. In future shows we hope to highlight outstanding citizens of Benbrook and local students who are excelling in school.” Benbrook EDC Executive Director and Executive Producer of Benbrook Spotlight Ron Rainey states, “We hope you will tune-in to watch Benbrook Spotlight airing daily on Cable 27 at 9:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. & 7:30 p.m. We are fortunate to have Patty on our staff as she brings a strong background in television and a real interest in Benbrook and its citizens”.
