Citizens on Patrol
The Benbrook Citizens on Patrol (COPS) was formed in 1994 under the direction of Police Chief Sam Horan. We are made up of residents of Benbrook from all walks of life, age groups, gender, working families and retirees. The purpose of our organization is to become involved in community affairs, assisting the Police Department and expanding our knowledge of the workings of our city.
