Benbrook Municipal Court Online Payment Information
Certain Benbrook Municipal Court fines may be viewed or paid online through this system.
This system will not accept payments for violations issued to Juveniles, to Minors charged with alcohol or tobacco related offenses, for partial payments, or payments of administrative fees for court programs such as Defensive Driving or Deferred Disposition.
If you are requesting Deferred Disposition or Defensive Driving, you MUST appear at the Benbrook Municipal Court office to file the appropriate paper work. The Court office accepts personal checks, cash or money orders. They also accept Visa or Mastercard with an additional 3% convenience fee added.
This system will display only current cases. Cases previously paid, or otherwise disposed of, will not be shown.
You will need your Citation Number (Ticket) and one of the following:
- Driver's License Number / Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Vehicle License Plate Number (for parking tickets only)
Please be aware that paying your ticket online counts as a plea of guilty or of no contest. Paying a traffic fine will result in a conviction being entered on your record.
The online payment link will take you to a secure payment website. Please read all instructions carefully. Once you submit your payment, DO NOT move off that page until you receive your confirmation. Using the BACK button may cause your card to be charged twice. Please be patient while the system accepts your payment.
Use of this online payment system also charges a $1.50 Convenience fee and a 5% cost recovery fee.
