Failure to Attend School
If a student between 10 and 18 years of age misses three school days in a four-week period or ten school days in a 6-month period, the charge of “Failure to Attend” may be filed.
The parent of a non-attending student will be charged with “Parent Contributing to Non-Attendance”.
The Municipal Court will notify the parent of the above violations and the necessary court appearance date.
