Benbrook Municipal Court
MISSION
The Municipal Court and its officers are dedicated to the principals of impartiality, fairness, integrity, separation of powers, and judicial independence. Each case shall be heard by a judge who (1) shall maintain competence in the law and apply the law to the best of his or her ability, (2) shall conduct all trials with dignified, courteous, and procedurally correct courtroom procedures, and (3) shall decide all cases based solely upon the evidence presented without favor to either the prosecution or the defense.
The administrative staff shall maintain competence in the court processes and shall provide efficient administrative service with courtesy and respect to all parties who have business in the Court.
