Animal Control
The mission of the Benbrook Animal Control Department is to protect Benbrook citizens and to prevent animals from running at large or causing a nuisance or hazard to the health, safety, or welfare of the human or animal population. In addition, the Animal Control Department promotes the general health of the animal population and protects it from cruel and abusive treatment.

Barking Dog and Dangerous Animal Complaints
To contact the Animal Control Department during normal business hours, call City Hall at 817-249-3000, and the receptionist will page the Animal Control Officer. For Animal Control assistance on weekdays after 5 PM or on weekends, contact the Benbrook Police Department at (817) 249-1610.
