The City of Benbrook continues work compiling an account of Benbrook history.
Part of the history project includes publication of a book of photos depicting life in Benbrook.
Many citizens have come forward with photos and other memorabilia, resulting in a significant body of documents for publication.
The City still seeks individuals willing to share photos or other documents for the history project.

“The generosity of our citizens has resulted in a really nice collection of memorabilia. As with any community, the story of it’s history lies within the people of and from the area.
I encourage our community to continue sharing memories that tell the story of Benbrook,” says Benbrook Mayor Jerry Dittrich.
